Richard McGuire, Esq.
President
Dick has over thirty years of experience in the rail industry, beginning with the Soo Line Railroad, and more than a decade in banking. As an attorney, he has represented numerous commercial clients, including several short line railroads, earning a reputation for being honest, fair, and easy to work with. Dick prioritizes building personal relationships with his customers and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service. He holds both bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Iowa and a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. A licensed attorney in Minnesota and a member of the Minnesota Bar Association, Dick is also active in his community, tutoring and mentoring inner grade school children through a non-profit he founded. In his free time, he enjoys running, biking, and hunting. Dick resides in Bloomington, Minnesota, with his wife of 50 years, Deb, and they are proud parents of three children and grandparents to seven grandchildren.
